Incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and licensed with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

Premier Global Fiduciary Services FZCO

​

Incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). It is also an approved Registered Agent with RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC). Premier provides corporate services, tax consultancy, management services, administration, directorship, accounting and bookkeeping, marketing consultancies and research. Premier forms part of the Premier Group, with offices in Dubai, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa and Cyprus servicing high net worth individuals, private companies and multinationals.

The Premier Group operates through other two licensed companies, Premier Financial Services Limited, which is based in Mauritius via a Trust and Management Licence issued by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission and UHY Premier Financial Services Limited which is based in Seychelles via an International Corporate Service provider and International Trustee Services Provider and Foundation Services Provider issued by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority.

Our Mauritius office is a member of the INAA Group (www.inaa.org), which is an international association of tax and independent accounting firms whose prime purpose is to assist businesses with cross-border accounting and taxation issues together with related professional services to clients around the world and is present in over 50 countries ranked 15th worldwide among associations and alliances.

Our Seychelles office is a member of UHY (www.uhy.com), which is a network of independent accounting and consulting firms with offices in nearly 273 major business centres in 101 countries and is ranked among the top 20 largest international Audit, Accounting, Tax and Consultancy works. UHY is involved in various sectors from Automotive, Agriculture, Banking to Health Services, Food High-tech & Telecommunication and Transport.

Our Team

​

Premier has a diverse team of highly experienced and qualified directors, managers and administrators who are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Fellow Chartered Certified Accounts (FCCAs), Legal, Accounting, Economics and International Tax professionals. PREMIER’S promoters have been operating in the fiduciary industry for over 20 years and have been managing assets over USD 1 billion in aggregate.
